Q: When will my order ship?

A: Typically, orders placed before 12 pm—Monday through Friday (excluding holidays)—will ship within 2-3 business days. If your order is placed after 12 pm on Friday, it will be processed the following week.

Q: How do I track my order?

A: To track an order, use the tracking option within your shipping confirmation email. If you can’t find your confirmation email—or want more info on this process—check out this article.

Q: What is the return policy for items purchased on the Zwift Shop?

A:  You can return all purchases (including trainers) up to 30 days from the date you receive them.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: For most items purchased through the Zwift Shop, you can use our self-service return portal based on your region, check out this article for more info.

Q: How do I exchange an item?

A: Complete our return process and ship your item back to us—then order the new item. We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving the returned item, so hopefully it's not too much of an inconvenience.

Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the United States; United Kingdom; European Union; Canada; and United States Military Army Post Office (APO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO) addresses.

Q: How do I cancel an order?

A: Typically, orders may only be canceled prior to being shipped. For more info on canceling your order, check out this article.

Q: Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?

A: While we don't accept backorders, we're constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that's out of stock—we suggest you check back regularly.

Q: Do you have pre-sales?

A: At this time, we don't offer any pre-sales on the Zwift Shop.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: To help you pick the right size, we've included a sizing chart directly on the product page for most of our apparel items.

Q: I bought something through the Zwift shop. Can I try Zwift out before becoming a member?

A: Absolutely! For PC/Macs you'll get a 7-day free trial with unlimited distance. For iOS/tvOS/Android it's a little different—you get 25km (15.5mi) once you start pedalling and then an additional 7-days with unlimited distance once you select Join Now. Occasionally, we do offer extended free trials for specific products—in these cases, info about the promotion will be listed on the item’s product page.
